Helen-Louise Moores
BSc.(Hons), DipHIC, MBACP
I live and work at the cottage, nestled in the quiet of the countryside, where I'm happiest (unless there's a beach involved, in which case you will always find me next to the ocean).
I am a mother to one endlessly-growing boy, utterly obsessed with all my furry friends (and human ones too), an avid bookworm, addicted runner and amatuer yoga enthusiast.
I also have a wealth of life experience and a sense of humour that always tries to look for the light in the dark.
Favourite quote ~ "We cannot solve problems with the kind of thinking we employed when we came up with them." (Albert Einstein)
